1.in vegetables merchant throw spoiled vegetable in dustbin and send it to fertilizer company and from that fertilizer profit give some percentage money to them.
2.dumped all garbage into the soil to fill where it need .
3.remove all garbages from vigyannagar and electronics area.
4.regular cleaning of garbage pipes.

Setup a regulatory body for all utility services such as water supply etc. so that a level playing field is made available to the private sector and tariffs are set in a manner that balances financial sustainability with quality.
