Presently dustbins kept on the roads are open and less in heights. Due to this, dogs and other animals go inside and sprinkle the garbage on roads which is very unhygenic and hazardous. Installation of underground dustbins with proper lids is advisable. Power plants from the garbage can be built up to meet the electricity needs.
