The core infrastructure to coimbatore City would include:
1.adequate water supply,
2.assured electricity supply,
3.sanitation, including solid waste management,
4.efficient urban mobility and public transport,
5.affordable housing, especially for the poor,

I was thinking to put forward at least a list of Flyovers required in the next 5 years, besides the ring road.Formation of Industrial estates, CMDA etc.
Metro request has already been acknowledged in DMK 's manifesto in the last elections itself.
