E GOVERNANCE should be adopted in each & every dept.including the Judiciary.GOOGLE/MICROSOFT should be brought in to create the front end/back end of all govt dept & the Bhubaneshwar courts.Online payments should be encouraged and cash payments should be completely stopped. Cultural centres like EKAMRA HAAT should be created in more places across the city. Bhubaneshwar can be developed as the 1st SOLAR CITY of India.WALK to WORK concept should be made a part of BDA policy framework.

The state govt. should try to make the entire city WI-FI enabled. The govt should ask BSNL & other private companies to provide broadband in more areas across the city. All universities & public spaces be by default wi-fi enabled. The govt should also focus on solar energy and give best incentives to residential & commercial units to invest & adopt it ASAP.E-GOVERNANCE is also another area where orissa govt should take lead. The interaction between bureaucracy & public should be ruthlessly reduced.

I believe should set up a couple of Solid waste treatment plants and clean up the city. The govt should plan to create 30-40 parks across the city ,in various pockets. The govt should set up 10 more K.V's in BBSR as well as the model schools of odisha govt. that is under planning. The govt should create green corridors across all the 2/4 lane roads across city. Also, the govt. should try to give extra incentives to builders to create more MIXED USE projects than stand alone residential projects.

The state govt. should try for a METRO rail and connect BBSR-CUTTACK-KHURDA. The state govt. should try to get ACCENTURE/CAPGEMINI/IBM/COGNIZANT like companies to set up a base in INFOVALLEY. Another area that would be vital is focussing on R & D , and giving maximum incentives (e.g. tax benefits) to those companies who would set up a base in R &D in BBSR.Also, i believe the state govt should talk to the ISB board and try to convince them to set up the BBSR centre of ISB here.

Good News. I think transport is the key to success of anything. Having Metro and Local Trams will be best if the city can get it. This will be boost for local tourism as well.
