Union Government should go for full-fledged reforms in various sectors of the economy. In order to initiate the reforms,Union Government should get cleared the pending bills on reforms; in the upcoming winter session of the parliament. After this, rigorous implementation at different levels will be the key to success of these reforms.

Dear Sir,
Skill development of any individual should be taken care by employers ( Private or Public Companies ) . To encourage skill development not only in mining sector but across industries we need to give incentives like 1. Tax benefits to companies (because the employee in not productive to company and company needs some compensation ) 2.Employee should work on stipends ( for 1 or 2 years ) 3. Compulsory recruitment of trainees every year ( just like ias batch ) by every company

One of my very close friend, their family is a very well settled one and the girl is not a bright student but still she got a free seat in one of the famous college just because she has reservation. In INDIA people are given oppurtunities on basis of their caste but not on the basis of CAPABILITIES. I really beg you to change this system. Please organise committes which provide oppurtunities for POOR BUT INTELLIGENT AND CAPABLE students. This ultimately survives the purpose.

Namasthe Modiji, I was a bit hesitated to talk on caste based reservation system. Because Even though I feel this is not a fair thing happening in INDIA I worried this might hurt people feelings. After seeing many members talking on this concept I would like to share my thoughts on the same. I am a merit student from O.C category. Just because of not having money I was not able to continue with my studies after some extent even though I know that I can reach great heights if I study.

All Industries in the country should have a Occupational Health Physician to look and care of the employees. It should be part of the agreement.

Public/Private is acceptable.
In Private sector payments are very less and working hours are more than 12 hrs and exploiting.
Skill is also poor. There is no reorientaion or develop of skill programmes present.
Govt. Should also take part in the fixation of salaries and their health and accommodation and skill development etc or should be on par with Govt and same should be incorporated in MOU's itself. and violation should be highly penalized.

Nsdc ,Mhrd are working for the skill development ,and the corresponding agencies and centers are creating fake profiles of people who has taken trainings ,if a person dont knw how to run computers u can not make them computer master in a month for that you have to start it with the primary awareness program and then Trainings and Development with a Focused system, and a very important aspects in which we are lacking is reviewing the process and performance of Schemes .

Dear Sir, I am greatly inspired and got motivated because of your working strategies. I feel that I should change first before I say to others. My problem is that many people in our country are unable to glow like a stars due to the caste system. I don't know the level of problems that arises if the caste system is removed, but fully dried up with a dissatisfaction. there are many people who are waiting for the solution. hoping for a positive solution. Have a good day to everyone.
