The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

skill development exercise in mining should be undertaken with private sector with the proper training and certification so that they can work. Training program should be well planned so that those who didn't do there assignment with dedication should drop out from training institution.

Our major population in the country drop out from their studies is on account of various commitments and hence lot of time invested from the perspective of skill development is wasted. To overcome these issues and reduce drop outs more night schools and colleges should be initiated with special subsidies to such institutions so that fees charged to such students should be lower. Due to this these students can earn their livings in the afternoon.

Ever Respected, Pradhan Sevak Jee it seems to me its a good and appropriate word for Indian like us which was delivered earlier in the All India Radio in Maan Ki Baat programme and it should be mandatory for all Govt servant even for a District Collector as he must known to everybody Zilla Mukhya Sevak or Zilla Sevak similarly Sub-Collector known as Zilla Mukhya Upa-Sevak or Zilla Upa-Sevak. I mean the Britisher's time has gone now the time for India and its philosophy which is proved by you.

In PM JAN DHAN YOGNA, government should grant subsidy by giving interest @15% or 18 % P.A on deposits to poor person, This is necessary to save them from high inflation in future. government may charge Interest on overdraft on certain levels of amount by @ 4% or 6%, so that poor person will have no reason to get loan or any money on higher interest rate from individuals and chit fund companies. Poor could be saved from INFLATION even using account of PM JAN DHAN YOGNA versus equity returns.

To save India from dividing into the many states, Constitution should be amended by amending article 214, there should be only 5 high court in 5 zone. Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western and Central Zone, rests may be their benches according to above Zone. Many cases are pending only by laying down different view by various high courts. It will helpful for Indian laws for the purpose of applying them in identical manner and people will have not any confusion by different interpretation of law

skill development exercise should be undertaken by the primate sector but it is strictly to be watched by the government. -merits 1) the private companies will pay the income tax on earning from the government 2) unemployment can be shorted out 3) work will be completed within short course of time with more efficiency 4) it can be an initiation of privatization of government sector in india, like in developed countries
