आम नागरिक इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की खरीदी कर उनका उपयोग करें, इसके लिए निम्न कदम उठाए जाने की जरुरत महसूस होती है:- 1- रोड टैक्स में छूट दी जाए। 2- टोल टैक्स में कुछ अवधि के लिए छूट दें। 3- बीमा पॉलिसी के लिए जो राशि चुकानी पड़ती है, उस राशि में छूट मिले। यदि नहीं दी जा सकती तो उस राशि पर लगने वाले जीएसटी से छूट दी जाए। 4- यदि कोई किसान दो पहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदना चाहता है और उसके पास नगद राशि नहीं है तो पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि की राशि से उसे वाहन खरीदने में मदद की जाए। जैसे:- किसान श्री रामलाल सिंह आज की तारीख में दो पहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदना चाहते हैं लेकिन उनके पास रुपये नहीं है। यदि वह किसान सम्मान निधि की पात्रता रेखते हैं तो स्वभाविक है कि साल में इन्हें 6 हजार रुपये मिलेंगे। सरकार इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदने के इच्छुक किसान को ये 6 हजार रुपये देने की बजाए अग्रिम रूप से वाहन सप्लाई करने वाली कंपनी को एकमुश्त देने का प्रबंध करें। इस तरह कुछ वर्षों की राशि का संबंधित कंपनी को अग्रिम भुगतान किया जा सकता है। संबंधित किसान अपने पास से कुछ धन राशि मिला
