Simit to milta nahi hai. Jitna milta hai usme uska gujara aaram se ho jata hai aur wo bech bhi leta hai.

We are surrounded by immense number and types of medicines, Now as per the researches, Medicines are added with such chemicals that cause side effect. There is a type of medicine called Unani Medicine which has less side effects or no side effect if used under proper prescription and guidance. This type of medicine not only helps in preventing infections and diseases but also are ecofriendly. We should use and promote the Unani medicine. It has the long history. We should promote more research in this field of medicine as we know that nature has kept the preventions in natural products.
Unani medicine offers holistic, natural healing based on balance, but requires more scientific validation to support its efficacy and safety.
Unani Medicine: A Time-Tested Tradition
Unani medicine, also known as Yunani medicine, is a traditional system of medicine that originated in Greece and was later adopted and refined by Arabic and Persian physicians. This ancient practice has been a cornerstone of healthcare in many parts of the world, particularly in the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa.
Key Principles of Unani Medicine
1. *Holistic approach*: Unani medicine treats the individual as a whole, taking into account physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
2. *Natural remedies*: Unani medicine relies heavily on natural substances, such as herbs, minerals, and animal products, to prevent and cure diseases.
3. *Balance and harmony*: Unani medicine aims to restore balance and harmony in the body by correcting imbalances in the four humors (blood, phlegm, yellow bile, and black bile).
Unani medicines and Ayurvedic Upachar are look alikes but still varies from each other. In prevention & cure, both the medications are super satisfactory.
