The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

Dear PM Sir, I have been working as Senior 3d Artist in the 3d Animation Industry for over 12years.I being a resident of West Bengal have worked in different companies across India and presently lost my job due to company shutdown for covid. Striving without salary for the last two months as salaries are pending. The animation sector in India has a huge potential but is vastly unorganised.Please do something to generate employment in this industry as many of us are left unemployed now. Thanking

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत मे रहने वाले सभी को कोर्ट मैरिज करने के बाद ही उनको अपने अपने धर्म के अनुसार शादी करने की अनुमति होनी चाहिए इसके लिए हमारे देश में कानून बनाया जाना चाहिए और इसके लिए भारत के अन्तर्गत सभी विधानसभा में परिवारिक न्यायलय भी बनाना चहिये

Its is one of the best decision taken by our government to render justice to people by far way.Guilties will no longer change their statements and their lawyers also .only allow live recording of total process

Reservations in education and employment is eroding the system in performance and discouraging meritorious productive citizens. Humble suggestion to create separate institutions and employment opportunities for reserved and competitive candidates and encourage skill and merit. Mixing the reservation and merit is highly detrimental to the growth of the institution and nation.

यदि प्रतिवादि न्यायालय के समक्ष अपने सबूत पेश करना चाहता है तो वह स्वयं अपने सबूत आसानी से पेश कर सके क्योकिं न्यायालय के समझ वकील सबूत पेश नही होने देते जिस कारण यदि कौई कानूनी प्रक्रिया से अनभिज्ञ है तो वह अपने सबूत पेश नही कर पाता न्यायालय के समक्ष ऐसे में वह धोखाधड़ी का शिकार हो जाता है जैसे हम हुए

Judiciary system is a headache. Incompetent judges proceedings are of no use on cameras. they will do the same thing again n again. they are just enjoying royal lifestyle with tax payers money.

इससे राजस्व की प्राप्ति के साथ ही अनुशासन भी बढ़ेगा । जीवन स्तर में सुधार आएगा, अपराध करना दुष्कर होगा साक्ष्य कैमरा थाना स्तर से झगड़े की सूचना मिलते ही लागा दिया जाए और निगरानी रखी जाए साथ ही इसका बिल भी संबंधित को दे दिया जाए । यह अपराध नियंत्रण के लिए एक प्रभावी उपाय सिद्ध होगा । इससे न्याय करने में भी आसानी होगी और त्वरित भी हो सकेगा। धन्यवाद। अभिवादन

दिया जा सकता है।, इसमें भी देखने वाले लोगों की आवश्यकता पड़ेगी । कोर्ट भी देख देख कर परेशान हों जायेगी , लेकिन जब आवाम को पता चलेगा कि अब साक्ष्य कैमरा लग गया है तो उसके असर से लॉग अपराध ही नहीं करेंगे और यदि होंगे भी तो न्यायिक प्रक्रिया आसानी से अपनाई जा सकेगी। ये सभी एक विशेष सर्वर से जुड़े हों शुल्क देकर इनकी रिकॉर्डिंग संबंधित व्यक्ति ले सके ताकि लोगों को विश्वास रहे कि कोई है जो देख रहा है इसमें वह तकनीक भी हों जो चेहरा चिन्हित किया जा सके।
