Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

I am not saying women should not enjoy there own life. They can enjoy but they should not leave our indian culture and follow foreign culture. Recently I saw there is a women who has done good rangoli and won awards, records etc.., Government made her swatch Bharat brand ambassador.using they this she should done good jobs and support women but she sharing how they celebrate birthday, marriage with lot of waste, pollution etc.., these are making for less empowerment. Government should include sudha Murthy like a person as head and who always identify and support empowerment.

Honourable prime minister, Women are key pillar for India and they no need anyone support but to empower women first we need to give hope, courage and strength that we are with them. As wherever women goes they will face bad behaviour by others. Recently I saw so many software companies providing more jobs to women to empower them but there are 2-3% of women who is taking this as weakness and enjoying.because of that people are not getting courage to empower women when very enthusiastic, concentrate, knowledgeable women need support. So government has to create an app which should uas to be in everyone mobile like YouTube,Google etc.., and where women can reach for support in any situation there. These gives them faith, confidence and we can see more and more empower women. And so many people misusing this empowerment. Eg: we can see lot of videos in YouTube only where they are making fun on education, culture,liquor drinking by Indian women. This making for non supporting women.

Respected PM Sir , I already started a organization/trust named Woman Empowerment & Development to empower & develop for womens but some political party and peoples break me to support the womens . but still I work for them to supporting how they improve I organize many training programes for their development I always focous them how they reach at the top of their Goal.Sir I want to meet you and want to discus about improvement of woman powers.

Women workforce participation is on significant rise and here the role of MANTHAN becomes larger as to provide inputs to women who are interested to be entrepreneurs and to open startups will need facilitation and proper direction to go for. Digital platform can enhance scalability, covering up issues and challenge in ahead going to be encountered by women. MANTHAN can significantly indulge some highly professional entrepreneurs who has experience to be a mentor and provide class to ones who wish to be an entrepreneur and also about startups and women's role in that. India is lacking behind in women's work force participation but now with proper schemes, policies and infrastructure they can set a new revolution that will aspire future generations to look on as one thing should be clear Women's are not for household expertise and now they must be seen as expertise for Nation's growth, development and fame !! All the planning at Manthan for empowering women entrepreneurs should be done by women who may be specifically recruited for this purpose as they are better aware of the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs

You can make a manthan digital platform by overall development to woman doctors help poor girls and needed woman's educator help poor family's plz save our gils and woman's भारतीय नारी बहुत मेहनती है पर जब भी वह आगे बढती है उसे समाज के रीति-रिवाज याद दिलाए जाते हुए रोक दिया जाता है और उसके सपने समाज मे दफन हो जाते है इसे रोके आप..धन्यवाद 🙏

I am just unable to know why people dislike suggestion for women empowerment. If a working women is govtt employee too she have to look aftar her whole family ,spouce and coocking food , rearing kids is her responsibility. In case if she is only earning member in family then think of her she is rearing her unemployed husband and his whole family. So that i suggested Houn'ble PM Sir that there should be provision of taking three options before her appointment except for all India services as service condition n facilities are enough there and thete are some administrative voundatio too. But in case of a teacher, professor, bank employee, or even Doctor why a female candidate should not posted in her home district or at three places of her choice. I earkier suggested it in same blog which got three dislikes. I appeal to all to think of a brave women who is carrying whole famiky including her unemployed n unproductive husbands. Separatw liberal transfer policy for women is need of time.
