It is very important that every effort is made to achieve the desirable Empowerment to the Women. Even in the ancient era, women were given very highest respect in the society, when the women were considered as replica of the Mother Goddess “Mahalakshmi” and the Queens have played very important roles in the History.

Though, many Women in India have achieved topmost and highest positions in every field including Politics, judiciary, Executive, Bureaucracy, Scientists, Engineering and Medical; yet, in spite of several steps by the Indian Govt for Women Empowerment, it could not reached satisfactorily to Rural Areas, where around 80% population of the Country reside. Women empowerment is mostly seen amongst the well developed, influential, rich and political background families and rural areas are still being ignored.

Therefore, need is to extend 1/3rd reservation for women in every opportunity including jobs and political reservation to the Rural Areas.

1 Social awareness is a best way to improve their social condition in society.
2 Education should be based on to develop different kind of skill for their entrepreneurship.
3 Women skill training centre should be opend for improve their skill.
4 Financial support system should be develop for start their new and creative entrepreneurship.
5 A national women entrepreneur portal should be launched for facility of business registration.
6 Marketing facility has to be available for sell their product for their survival .
7 Traditional mela should be organised as to promote their product.
