Many people unknowingly buy Air coolers during summer season, then they realise there mistake after experiencing sticky/oily skin discomfort during high humid conditions or at high humid regions. We should make OEM responsible to educate customers in their advertisement as well as during purchase of the equipment. The equipment manual should have following cautionary messages, 1) This equipment shall give comfort to users in arid regions where humidity in air is less than 10% (to be defined). 2) High humid conditions generally prevail ; upto 50 Kms from waterbodies like sea, huge lakes, within 10 Kms from forests /green hills, mountains. 3) Using air coolers in high humid will cause discomfort.

Decomposers will do its duty when there is no care for hygienic health. We can improve hygienic conditions by creating competitive atmospher among the states. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess the performance are, 1) Quality of dinking water supplied by water treatment plants. 2) Quality of subsurface water. 3) Quality of bottled water supplied by private agencies. 4) Quality of surface waterbodies water. 5) Quality of water supplied by sea water desalination plants. 6) Water borne diseases reported per million population. 7) Maleriya, Typhoid, Dengue, Chikungunia diseases per million population. 8) Etc, Rolling trophy with commendation certificate and gift vouchers will highly motivate state teams to perform better.
