Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

women's empower is very important for develop of our country. Appreciate what Govt. is doing however, women empowerment can truly happen when: 1. Government put "right of equality" before "right to practice faith" and "freedom of expression". This is required so that no faith/believes can hide behind constitution and oppress or demean women and kids.

Women plays important role in our society and contribution is much important and must necessary to give chance to do startup and innovations and research and development so that women empower is more necessary for society welfare

Sir, Appreciate what Govt. is doing however, women empowerment can truly happen when: 1. Government put "right of equality" before "right to practice faith" and "freedom of expression". This is required so that no faith/believes can hide behind constitution and oppress or demean women and kids. 2. There should be clear understanding and differentiation between religion and cults -i.e. religions that leads to spirituality and cults they breed colonial / looters mindset that treats women as 2nd class humans made from men's ribs for reproduction etc etc... Govt. should also set parameters that are acceptable and faiths / cults/ believes that's are anti humanity, anti women, anti other religions and anti national...such believes/faiths would be treated as illegal and all such should be jailed and fined... Hope you find my suggestions useful....Govt clear stand is required so that nation really flourish and all genders get equal opportunity to grow.
