Hon’ble PM Sir, One Job policy for a family (one spouse only) for better empowerment of Women. Though women doing extremely well and attained empowerment in every field. Yet need is to make them more independent for better prospects. A lady bureaucrat with spouse in same profession treated inferior to him in the eyes of family members and others. As such, there is need to change job policy ie. one job per family (One spouse only). In case both spouses are employed one has to surrender the Job or marry a non govt employee. Accordingly, Govt employment will also be increased to double number of families as compared to where both Job holders marry each other. It will enhance respect of women and desired qualities will also be emerged amongst their children with nourishment and love of atleast one parent. Otherwise in many cases children of both employed parent are looked after by Ayaas/Domestic servants and the children develop maximum qualities of such Ayaas/servants
