Browsed through the document. One of the things to ensure is that all the data should not be stored at a personal level i.e. only aggregates should be stored. Data should be processed and stored as aggregates and shared across, once aggregates are generated than the original data should be discarded completely.
Second protection should be provided to business that any claim cannot be filed over aggregate data, the beneficiary is free to asses if data is useful for their purpose and go by past x

In India, interdisciplinary researches are very much required for which we need authentic data. So please make a rule for all universities/colleges which permit for interdisciplinary research in any domain, it is must to have MoM by universities/colleges with respective center to get authentic data for the research to be allowed. Otherwise it is difficult to scholars to get data individually. For example health data in engineering research to diagnose any disease in early stage is required.

WhatsApp changed its data sharing policy.
Now, which data is private and what is going to be shared in public?
It is time that we shall have our own such public platforms within our own data storage facilities.
It is good that government has already started to create Data Centers and Draft Policy was shared few days ago on MyGov.
