Respected sir Mostly general public are unaware of that their grievances can be submitted through online portal. So, CPGRAMS has to place digital display or notice board wherever public services are undertaken by people such as Railway stations, General hospitals, Bank sectors etc. , In media also announcements to be made regarding CPGRAMS , which creates awareness among viewers and listeners that there is online platform to lodge complaints and to get quick redress.
