About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

CPGRAMS पोर्टल पर शिकायतों का प्रबंधन इस प्रकार से किया जाए कि शिकायत का कम से कम समय में समाधान हो सही समाधान हो किसी को भी गलत सूचना देने या जानकारी देने पर दंड का प्रावधान हो तथा जो भी गलत कार्य करे या जिसके कारण किसी को भी शिकायत करने के लिए बाध्य किया गया है तथा शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर उस सरकारी कर्मचारी के खिलाफ भी कार्यवाही का प्रावधान किया जाय

Namaste Sir ... As today both Kartarpur corridor been inaugurated and verdict on Ayodhya case been placed so l would suggest that whosoever visits the proposed ram mandir and masjid and donates the money in the donation box a small proportion (say 5%,10% or any other amount) be allocated in the fund to subsidize the $20 fees been charged by Pakistan from Sikh devotee for visit to Kartarpur Sahib. This would be the biggest success of our Nation and gives a sound statement to the world

Dear PM, two things are very important. One is a change in the Constitution to deprive all benefits to people having more than two children. The other one is to bring in a change of The Criminal Procedure, Limitation Act and Indian Penal Code. An overhaul of the Laws are required in which I think I may help you and I think I also have the ability to do so. I have written about them and I can send it to you, if you so desire. Sir jis prakar 30000 rupye ka chalna katta hai agar unhi chaln ke 50 % paiso se us insan ki kamiyo ko dur kiya jaye ga to thik rahe ga agar man lijiye uske pas helmet nahi hai to use helmet karid kar de dijiye license nahi hai to usi time license ka form aply kar dijiye jisse uska bhi kam ban jaye ga aur ap ko chaln bhi mil jaye ga aur jaha se uska saman kharida jaye vaha ki dukan bhi government khula dijiye jisse kuchha padhe likhe logo ko job bhi mil jaye ga

The grievance redressal cell should have a simple questionnaire to sort out Complaint/suggestion from any citizen. Like whether it's a govt dept,politician, Organization,individual, policy matter or of national interest this can segregate type of complaints and highlight number of complaints coming from a particular village,city of a state.This also can also highlight a particular type of problem throughout the country to take decisions accordingly. It is a task with so many grievance

"Keeping in mind the mammoth operations of the Department of Posts, some complaints are inevitable. Till now, top-down approach towards grievance redressal was followed and now with the new version of CPGRAMS, the complainant has been empowered. This will also save the processing time by about seven to 10 days," she said.

People Health is important hence 1.Pollution levels needs to be controlled in Big cities. 2. former's should be encouraged and benefited from wt they are growing. 3.Middle mans needs to avoided. 4.Every panchyath should one government store,where former's can sell what ever they grow. 5.corrupted people should be strictly punished. 6.all the government works should have time lines(during construction of roads,bridges). 7.Quality of the work needs to be certified.

Sir, we have created a movement of swatch Bharath successfully. Please ask research institutions to bring out technologically advanced commode which can convert shit into manure and urine into urea or some kind of manure to enhance soil condition. Each housing units should have technologically advance commode and avoid letting it in sewage system. This will improve on human health.

Sanctity of timeline for resolution of grievances could herald trust in governance process. User friendly design of portal along with timely reminder with help of technology like AI and chat bots could bring lasting impact. Appeal, progress of resolution and settlement of grievances should be visible, understood and appreciated for its promptness, clarity, urgency and integrity. People expect policy, rules and its execution in simplified, understandable and visible impact.
