About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Complaint scope should be enlarged to private enterprises who provides customer service to public. Complaint of head of office ,office personnel should be encouraged and redressal of the complaint should be done by third agency on the basis of information collected by own effort from third agency and confidentially. Use of technology for complaint redressal should be legalised. Unanimous complaint should be encouraged at every level of office. It should be in the monthly return of every office.

Greetings Team, This is a great initiative in offering a platform for common man to voice out suggestions and ideas. Could a selected group from the population get opportunity to meet up and brainstorm with the core team who are at various stages or processes of public redressal. This will give us a first hand visibility to the system and processes that are involved in the whole mechanism. To get the momentum and the benifit of receiving effective and fruitful ideas requires a focused effort.

Some RBI Official are involved with Frauder they are help them Cheated the public. This team earning lot of money from the public through email. Please matter to be seen and enquired . RBI Governor not taking any action against them.

people writing to CPGRAMS. This is a great achievement of PM Modiji's dream for strong and United India. My humble request you to sir, The people who are giving valuable suggestions should be identified and maybe given chance to meet the PM. This is one of the way to get more people involvement. Some of them should be identified and maybe used to get the informations about their area if required. This is for the improvement of country. Jai hind.

Regarding Ayodhya Verdict today lot of news channel are showing interviews with diff social, political people which is really not needed today. These things should stop immediately because it’s SC verdict and so no opinion matters but these news/interviews wud disturb peace in the country.

FOR THIS WE CAN MAKE ONE SOCIETY CLUB ACCORDING TO THE VILLAGE OR STATE WISE AND DECIDED EVERY LAST SUNDAY OF MONTH TO GET TOGETHER WITH THEIR GRIEVANCES. CHANGES THE PERSON ON LEADING ROLE ACCORDING TO THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS & TRY TO QUICKLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM
