About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

India’s avaition industry is at its peak and has huge potential. To extract this potential involvement of private sector is indispensable. Still there are major airports with AAI where development is very slow. Needs of passenger and other stakeholders are totally ignored. The process of privatisation of major airports must be expedited to minimise the frustration level of increasing load of passengers.

Respected Sir, I am traveling in Shtabadi Express from NDLS to Chandigarh at the moment. This picture with garbage and plastic and the shanties was gloomy and caught my attention. Located a bit before Fortis on my right. Nothing was right about that place. Let's begin from home. Our Capital. Garbage. Plastic. Human dwellings. Stray dogs. Birds. Big no. Contrast after attending a wedding at Oberoi and Trident. Disparity. Dignity of life. Irresponsible citizens. Mind boggling. Concerns. Regards.

This portal has become a joke. Complaint submitted on the portal is sent without reading to the concerned, department or official who has committed the mistake or ignored the procedure advertently or inadvertently. This is a tool to curb corruption. If proper system is made or officer of the rank of Joint Secretary is assigned this work, things will take shape and corruption will be curbed. If the complaint goes to the same officer, its like power is given to thief to deliver judgement.

CPGRAMS sarvjanik shikayat nistarn evam samasya samadhan ke liye manch hai. jese jese iska parchar hoga wese wese ye famous hoti jaygi aur jada se jada logo ko labh dila payegi.. iskeliye isko behtarv rup se kry karna hoga aur iske liye kuch sujhav hai- Call center ki satapna ki jaye aur choti samasya aur jankari ko iske madhyam s3e diya jaye. email ke madhayam se document aur shikayat liya jaye aur nistarn diya jaye. Apps banaya jaye jo bahubashiye ho aur genral quirs aur update dekhate rahe

Pranams sir. In CPGRAMS topics have been given for various categories. Problems are not only depends on government departments. Grievances should be classified like pollution from factories, water related problems (mineral water production), encroachment, transports and illegal finance which are all run by private. Please encourage the people in Maan ki baat to active participation without fear in society development. We are also spreading about the usage of CPGRAMS,not only giving suggestions.
