Respected Sir, Please be kind enough to emphasize on the research institutes involved with basic sciences.Brain drainage has to be controlled in no time.The research institutes under Science & Technology has not been provided with 100 % facility recommended by the 7th. Central Pay Commission.The product of the research institutes associated with 'Basic Sciences' are the talented 'would be scientists', as well as the precious research papers, submitted by the eminent scientists.

modiji aap jo kr rahe hai wo badiya hai. jaise sikke ke do Side hoti hai usi tarah logon ko accha aur bura sahna hi padega kyonki kranti 4-5 saal me nhi ho sakti uske liye waqt to lagega. mera sawaal yeh hai ki maharashtra me jitne bhi government hostel hai apko unke bare me kucch sochna hoga. Students ke hostel me rahne ke liye naye niyam nikalna chahiye iske karn koi vidyarthi apne adhikaro se vanchit na rah sake

सर,कक्षा 10 और 12 के बोर्ड एग्झाम के छात्रों के रिसिप्ट में अगर मोबाईल नंबर छपवाने की सुविधा होती हैं तो बेहतर रहेगा। क्युकी इम्तिहान के दौरान कई स्टूडेंट्स रिसिप्ट खो देते हैं। फीर सब के लिए बड़ी दुविधाए उत्पन्न होती हैं। વિદ્યાર્થીઓના રસીદ અને માર્કશીટમાં પણ જો મોબાઈલ નં. છાપવાનો આદેશ આપ સાહેબ બોર્ડને કરી આપો તો બહુ મોટું કામ થશે. मेरा तीसरा सुझाव व् शिकायत यह हैं कि देश के सभी राजमार्गों को भी दुरुस्त किया जाना चाहिए | उदाहरणार्थ हरिद्वार में नेशनल हाइवे प्रोजेक्ट विगत कई वर्षों से अधूरा पड़ा हुआ है जो कि अब तक सैंकड़ों लोगों की जान ले चुका है भारत सरकार के पर्यटन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी जी भी इसकी मॉनिटरिंग के साथ कई बार समय सीमा बढ़ा चुके है लेकिन अब तक रिजल्ट शून्य आप कहोगे तो आपको नेशनल हाइवे की फोटो और वीडियो भी उपलब्ध करवा दिया जायेगा |

मेरा दूसरा सुझाव है कि देश के हर सरकारी कर्मचारी के बच्चों की शिक्षा सरकारी स्कूलों मे ही दी जाये, यदि यह नियम अनिवार्य हो जाये तो देश के अंदर जितने भी सरकारी स्कूल है वह बहुत तेजी के साथ विकसित हो सकते है जिससे प्राईवेट स्कूलों की मनमानी पर रोक लग सकती है | जिससे सरकारी पैसे की भी बचत होगी और सरकारी विद्यालयों की शिक्षा का भी उच्चीकरण होगा | इसी नियम को मेडिकल \ हॉस्पिटलों के क्षेत्रों में भी लागु किया जा सकता है |

और अब यह भी संभावना कम है कि दुबारा ऐसी पूर्ण बहुमत वाली कोई सरकार बने ? तो लिहाज़ा आपसे मेरा भारत का जिम्मेदार नागरिक होने के नाते यह आग्रह है कि देशहित में कुछ काम ऐसे किये जाएँ ताकि इतिहास में आपका नाम व् कार्यकाल स्वर्ण अक्षरों में लिखा जाये | सर्वप्रथम तो भारत में एक देश एक कानून प्रणाली व्यवस्था लागू की जाये ताकि देश के हर नागरिक को समानता का अधिकार मिल सके और जनसँख्या वृद्धि पर अंकुश लगाया जा सके, बच्चे दो ही अच्छे |

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी, (#मन की बात 30 सितम्बर 2018 ) मै सुमित तिवारी पुत्र श्री पं० कुलदीप तिवारी निवासी रामगढ, खड़खड़ी, हरिद्वार, उत्तराखण्ड आपसे एक निवेदन करना चाहता हूँ कि देश में दशकों के बाद आपकी ऐसी पूर्णबहुमत वाली सरकार सत्ता में आयी है जिसने इंदिरा गाँधी जी व् राजीव गाँधी जी वाली सरकार का भी वर्चस्व हिला दिया |

Dear PM, I love your Mann Ki Baat program and would like you to sugggest one more communication program. Can you please create a chunk of 10 districts located adjacently and discuss the upcoming and delivered projects of public welfare via video con with DMs and other officials? Discuss common problems and how you plan to solve those. Also include sample of general public in discussion. This will raise trust and understanding towards govt. Take 10 districts at a time and cover the entire country
