Dear Narendraji, Jai Shri Krishna. Congestion in all our major cities is growing day by day. Hence in my opinion, we can introduce “Urban Dwelling Tax”. The corpus so received can be used for the rural development. Regards, Subash

latest mann ki Baat was totally unexpected. no words for our jawans who give their lives for nation. this lethargic, weak thinking and cowherd attitude will be most dangerous to national spirit of Indians. people think that our PM speaks for nation may shine our national image on world map. but our reaction of 'kadi ninda' keep laughter to world on us and encourage our enemies to repeat such bigger sacrifice lives of our jawans. and their blood is red as ours, and not water

Below are some of my thoughts which can encourage citizens to pay tax and keep the genuine tax payers delight • Create benefit slabs based on the tax paid (similar to the certificates that are being issued by finance ministry based on tax paid), • Extend the Defence Canteen facilities to tax payers based on the tax slabs • Enable Medical benefits and priority services to the tax payers based on slabs

Dear Modi Ji, I have a humble request to consider of bringing some controls around SOCIAL SECURITY for the genuine tax payers of the country. I personally feel that we have ~60% tax payers who are in non-pensionable professions. So, there is no way they would get any basic support post to their retirement in-terms of the real needs for any human being during later age of the life. Below are some of my thoughts which can encourage citizens to pay tax and keep the genuine tax payers delight

There are many old buildings (say, more than 50 years) in a very bad condition. For the protection of our cultural heritage, we need to protect these buildings. Let there is a Grant (say, Rs. 500 per sq ft for a 10 year period) to protect these buildings with the condition that the owners will not alter the original architecture. This will boost tourism potential of a location, will generate a sense of belonging to the young people and reduce environmental cost of new buildings

Sir,Pl direct to organuse a national competition calling citizens to suggest their ideas on identified subject issues and in specific format. Thus will compel officials to draw your attention to citizens valud suggestions, which it appears are not reaching you, as the same are clised summerily without valid reasons,e.g. My submission, ref PMOPG/E/2016/0609828 on How to finance infra projects@5% or less, was closed on 17.02.17, without valid reason. If allowed,I will resubmit for evaluation.ExBanker
