This is related the sale purchase of property Please make a unified portal for sale/purchase of any property across. anyone interested to purchase or sale any property should be mandatory registered on the portal. Buyers can look up on that portal for those properties, so that no local brokers get involved. Also link everything to Adhaar and PAN, no one should be able to sale or purchase anything without registering on that portal. This will ease all genuine sellers & eliminate brokers

This is related to Agriculture and farmers welfare. Lot of farmers in M.P and other states dont have enough machines to use in their farms, due to which sometimes they face loss in their agriculture and lot of farmer burn their crops after the season which cause lot of pollution in Delhi Punjab and Haryana. Can we have a system in small village, where villagers & Govt join hands in purchasing such machines and then whole village can take advantage of those machines on rental basis.
