Thanku modiji bjp for all your efforts in rising INDIA above all. Sir, being civil engineers we suggest to bring some intervention of civil engineers for structural design of houses in nagar palikas in free hold areas, so as to prevent building collapse also to create more opportunities in the field. There should be some affiliation to ensure only structural design of building, some department be involved as in cities for the safety of the people living in villages and small town.

Dear Sir, We are staying at Durgapur West Bengal and brother is staying at Noida. He is staying in multi story flat.Whenever we visit to Noida we face challenges of good quality water. I think it should be mandatory for all the the private builders to installed Rain water harvesting system to increase the groud water level so that people can get good quality water.

I like to share concern about the dust pollution in some of the Tier-II cities. If we carefully analyze our cities, we have roads but on top of the road there is fine dust which accumulates and recirculates from the edge of road or uncovered footpaths. This dust rises when vehicle moves and later settles, this keeps on repeating. If we can make sure the edge of road has no soil and lifting of soil from footpath the problem will be solved forever. Start from municipal limit, improve health.

Dear Sir,It is reported some under construction buildings collapsed at Ghaziabad, chennai etc resulting in deaths including that of 2 year child. The buildings may have collapsed due poor construction quality/design faults. Please Introduce a law for certification and Registration of Professional Civil Engineers having atleast 10 years to be entrusted in Independent Supervision of Buildings and Road works and empowering Institution of Engineers to administer the same.Use PMKVY to certify workmen

Hon'ble Pradhan Mantri ji, UPSC aspirants are not getting advantage of hard studies. i suggest UPSC to issue proficiency certificate to select candidates for Mains & advanced certificate to select candidates for interview.Knowledge pool of select candidates for interview be used to give jobs in other government arms. Country highly needs good number of IAS IFS IRS IPS to fulfil your ambitious plans. i suggest this year double the vacancies to get young officers for 2019
