Honourable PM Sir, One of the Major Matter is that in Current Times, Some Private Companies like Showrooms, Malls and other Small or Large Business Companies are Fair with Women but Not For Men as they take 10:30 hours Work Without Pay For Over time from Men. If We are giving Facilities to Women then Why We Consider Men as Taken For Granted. Kindly Make A Rule that Every Company Cannot Take Work More than 9:00 hours From Both Women and Men. If they still want then can take Only Once A Week.

Dear P.M., Productivity in Govt.offices/Factories/Institutes is very low. This is one important area to address on war foot basis.Around 3 years back you have taken up cleanliness in Govt.offices which gave a good result. Let govt.offices work proactively to improve the basic needs of citizens.

Many people even today couldn't fetch their daily meals due to intense poverty. But these, youngsters throw cakes on each others face, burn lots of crackers, cause irritable noises, etc. Instead of this, they could celebrate their birthday by visiting an orphanage, or a blind school and spend quality time with those kids. Hence I request you to speak about this in Mann Ki Baat. Though all cannot change, few will be definitely inspired by your speech.

Kindly allow relaxation of the upper age limit for job-applicants in case of recruitment in Govt/PSBs/PSUs/Semi-Govt institutions, etc. up to say 38/40 years, in view of huge unemployment problem faced by the educated youth. Such measure will keep them busy in career progression and thus not become the proverbial 'idle mind is the Devil's workshop' besides bringing strong support from the youth in your great Mission for 'Nation building'.

Respected Prime Minister Greetings of the Day! The whole nation is concerned about rape cases, community problems etc. But there is the silent killer in the society that is Drugs. My state Punjab is totally destroyed because of drugs. When your visited Punjab during your election campaign ,you promised to eliminate this issue but it has not been done yet. Then in our state goverment was changed and during their campaign they talked about the same problem but no use and PROBLEM IS STILL
