Sir I run a Small IT company employing 35 people today with a potential to add 65 more jobs. Lack of financing, unavailability of apprenticeship trainee’s, high interest rates in banks are preventing us to making this happen in a short period of time. We would like to hear from you on what MSME’s like us who can create more jobs do and what government is doing to address these issues.

Honrable Pradhan sevak ji, i small thought to boost employment and tax collecting process to boost economy of India if a govt machinary is involved in salary payment and recruitment process of all private college, schools and industry. The full pay as per govt should come to govt agency decuct the tax pay to employee. No of workers/teachers actully working must be as per norms and full salary payment will reduce unemploment issue.

There are a lot of pitfalls that can be avoided while System and process design to ensure corruption at low levels can be eliminated. An officer in LVO-070 asked us a bribe to provide the GST export undertaking certificate. Digitalizing this process can avoid such interactions and opportunities for officers to ask bribes. In business process engineering there is a concept of Design for Failure mode effect analysis which can be applied to all processes to prevent this at the design stage.

R/s,Good Morning... I want to suggest that all vheicles should have U turn indicator along with right turn indicator. It will eliminate confusion of driving person at chowks. More often driver has to show sign by hand if he want to take U turn. It will be very useful and eliminate accident possibility and disputes between drivers at chowk. In this technology word it may be easily arranged with regular indicators. Thanks Regards, Rajiv Gendilal Teli Aundh, pune 7
