I am a business men and paying a lot of tax to govt.
But when I give my goods on credit to somebody and he is not willing to pay me then I don't have proper law to have my money back from him.
As many laws are created to save him but no proper law is their that can give my money back.
If I file a case then instead of guilty person I have to visit court several times to follow the procedure.
He is just getting dates from months and years and I am runining behind him.
After paying tax also.

In our judicial system their are many ways to come out from jail and can be fre after doing rape and murder.
Why the hell we allow the lawyers to save them and to make joke of our law .
All bloody mediators are minting money from the person who is guilty.
If you can implement a strict rule on advicates that if purposely for money they are saving criminals the they also have to pay their rage if they losses the case.
It's an unplanned concept but u can manage it properly by rules.

Respected PM Sir,
I wish to extend my wishes to all of us on Yoga day.
Yoga day since its inception in 2015 has been seeing a great response from public every year and is going great way in making more people aware of our forgotten way of life.
Going forwards to promote it and make yoga a habit for healthy India, it should be inculcated as a mainstream subject in our primary/secondary education so that it reaches all parts of society and gradually becomes a way of our life once again.

I want you to take step on our judicial system of India.
As many people are suffering tolerating many things being frustrated on our law and trust is posting day by day.
Please do something
I have a suggestion if you feel please implement it.
When ever an advocate file a case he should deep study the case and if he is sure his client is not guilty then he should file case.
If he is saving any criminal only for earning money then advocate also have to pay penalty or partnership in punishment

Dear Sir,
First of all, my hearty thanks to our beloved PM Modi Sir for being a representitive of Yoga across the world in this timeline after many many years. Through this, India is willing to again prove/making to understand, to in and outside the country that this is the land which always wants peace and harmony, to grow together for welfare of humankind. As I feel, Yoga is a start-up up for positive energy to lead day or life by connecting mind and soul.It is not only an art or practice..

But after introduction of GeM everyone is helpless. GeM is getting highlighted as Flipkart and Amazon but those sites are also useless when it comes to solution buying, not only the product. A solution has multiple dimensions and using a e-commerce site those dimensions can't be touched. Just ask any of you advisers to sit with you and plan for a Networking project in a 5 story building and buy all the items from GeM. We are stopping the progress instead of pushing it forward.

Dear Sir,
Its our privileged to get the change to put our words directly in your ear through this medium. Sir I am a solution architect and I decide solutions to complex IT problem. In past i have worked with corporate sector and they had privilege to select any IT product or solution which is best fitting to their need. In Jan 2017 I moved to server Government sector and I found DGS&D rate contract is giving same opportunity to Government offices in choosing right solution.

I would like to emphasise upon the authorities concerned to open a Diagostic Centre at CGHS HQ's Begumpent Hyderabad to facilitate the seniors along with a team of specialists rather than paying a fair amount to NIMS on account of dianostic analyzation. If, this message of mine by the meidum of TOI is published, all seniors will hail with their extreme blessings upon TOI team.

With most respectfully,it is to bring to your Highness notice that senior citizens struggling at the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) treatments for marching them from CGHS Begumpet to Punjagutta NIMS for diagnosing and determinination of test results for three consecutive days is a sever punishment at 60's plus ones indeed. Not only this, but also causing more expensive than treatment towards the payment of Autos,Taxies, and Cabs fares.
