Therefore we request you to take a corrective measure so that the Mid level health practitioners can practice independently with sate guided limitation. The Honourable Delhi High Court also viewed that the Indian medical council act should be amended to give right to mid level health practitioners to prescribe medicines independently in ContCas(c)17/2015. Thanking You-

In the context of Assam, if these independent practitioners are not allowed to treat independently in Health and Wellness Centre , their performance would surely be poor as the people will never visit only to enrol their name as a patient. Patients always ask medical care and medicines to heal. If the primary medicines would not be available and if the CHOs are not allowed to treat the patients will never come to Health and wellness centre. Thus a very good scheme would see failure..

some state like Assam and Chhattisgarh the Mid level Health Practitioners are working independently with state guided limitation and the quality medical care they provided has come out as evident. In Assam the Community health Officer (Earlier Rural Health Practitioners) had treated 98 lakhs OPD patients and conducted 89 thousand normal deliveries in last 7 years as per state NHM record. As per present modules, CHOs are not allowed to treat independently rather they have to refer cases to phc

Sir, At first the whole country wants to thanks for introducing HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE in villages of this country. More than 80% of population were neglected from minimum medical care since pre-independence. This first level centre would really benefit the rural masses but the present model which comprises of a MID LEVEL HEALTH PRACTITIONER and two ANM with one MPW(M) would not be more beneficial if the Mid level health practitioners are not allowed to practice medicines independently ...

LOW DOWN EDUCATION FEES ANYHOW BEFORE 2019, DEAR SIR DURING GUJARAT ELECTIONS BJP SAID IT WON THE WAR WITH PRIVATE SCHOOLS BY CAPPING FEES STRUCTURE BUT IT'S NOT THE REALITY, I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE HIGHEST STEPS TO STOP HIGH FEES ELSE IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR FUTURE OF THIS COUNTRY. EDUCATION IS BASIC & MUST BE FREE FOR ALL, YOU CAN LEVY ADDITIONAL TAXES FOR IT BUT MAKE IT FREE FOR ALL & STOP PRIVATIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM ELSE THE COUNTRY WON'T SURVIVE
