We know that the disease popularly known as COVId is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which spreads between people in several different ways. Current evidence suggests that the virus spreads mainly between people who are in close contact with each other, for example at a conversational distance. The virus can spread from an infected person's mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breath. Another person can then contract the virus when infectious particles that pass through the air are inhaled at short range ( this is often called short range aerosol or short range airborne transmission). or if infectious particles come into direct contact with the eyes, nose or mouth ( droplet transmission). The virus can also spread in poorly ventilated and or crowded indoor settings where people tend to spend longer periods of time. Youths are reliable man power in emergency situation like flood situation, pandemic disease situation & other natural calamities. Government is lacking man power to deal with such situation then why don't we use this young and energetic man power in critical situations like mentioned above ? Youths are ready to help government but government don't respond positively.

I would like to share an idea related to Agriculture. We Indian's mainly belong to the agriculture sector but today we find many struggles in that god gifted sector. To make this sector into a better way we can develop an innovative idea of underwater farming as world 70% is occupied with water and we can make them in usage and reduce pollution. This underwater farming doesn't use pesticides and can give a healthy crop. This idea is also implemented in many other countries. But why India is not coming forward to implement such a great idea to provide food to the next generations. Currently, I am doing a socially relevant project based on this idea which I felt as an engineering student is this will not just improve the agriculture sector but also provide employment to many engineers and farmers. this is an idea not just farming but a smart underwater farming method where we use IOT based sensors. My suggestion as a NCC cadet is that NCC should be made compulsory to all the youth as it helps in instilling values and discipline, building character of the person which will bring out a great change in the person. This will also help in improving equality among genders, the men will be trained to respect women so things like rape, molestations and also bullying can be stopped.

Honourable PM Sir, Thanks for Good initiative for Youth of our country. On this auspicious day I wish to suggest make it compulsory for all youths to join NCC from Grade VIII onwards. Next to reduce unemployment from Grade IX only conduct aptitude test of each students to know their future career. Due to such aptitude test youths will know their future path at right time and they acquire skills in that direction. Similarly please do it mandatory for all universities and technical institutes to provide detail study of preparation for competitive exams. This should be inclusive in fees of their academic degree or diploma education. Very important is to stop all type corruption in recruitments wheather it is at state level or central level at the same time it is essential to seal bogus and fake educational institutes and its declaration by Government.
