1. People to make their house "Rain water roof top harwesting enabled" with some subsidiaries. In this way the under land water level can be incresed as we are facing issues with water. 2. To setup solar energy on their roof. In this way we can save electricity power and utilise the existing solar energy freely. 3. If possible Instead of sending our river's water to sea if govt make some provision to connect that river with other rivers which gets dry in summer can also be helpful.

Sir Can u pass an ordinance where nobody in the country is allowed to park their vechiles outside their houses on roads even hospitals & private clinics are not alowed to park ambulance on roads. Everybody can park only in their own premises only or in parking areas. And if anybody is found to disobey this ordinance who may soever he is, his vechile will be impounded permanently with a fine of the cost of vechile. This way the traffic issue pollution issue can be even controlled to alot.

Whenever I visit Hindu cremation ground I notice the lots of wood burning, Smoke and flying ashes. I suggest provision of electric cremation at all such grounds, it will not only save Trees but also save us from pollution. There may be a social stigma for electric cremation however educated people will understand and then rest will follow. Meanwhile, we can have a high rise chimney and fly ash arrestor to restrict the pollution.

SABKA SAATH SABKA VIKAS,we have more than 30 states and more than 30 public sector bank and institutions. Need to give each state one bank or institutions which will help each state to grow their economies since they r mass employment providers. Secondly this will help central government to encash huge real estate portfolio of this bank for growth of bank since cost of setting up office in each state will be lesser than cost of metro cities real estate

POEM is a Draculan law and should not be implemented. It will discourage Indians having business in India to open businesses abroad. In today's world one does not have to take important decisions in the Country of Business. The decisions can be taken sitting anywhere in the World. On one side, we are talking about promoting Start-ups and then going about implementing POEM. Let us be consistent.

On the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Govt. should aim at creating the casteless society. Actually caste is very much recognised by surname of a person. Govt. should promulgate a Notification in official gazette that govt. shall not register person's surname anywhere. Instead Govt. shall register a person by his own name followed by his father's name, thereafter his mother's name and at the end his town/village name.

Sir, There are crores of disable employees like me, suffering with torturing, injustice in the hands of employers for posting, transfers, accessibility in offices, victimization etc. There is Persons with Disability Act 1995 which is useless because there is no criminal clause for violation of this Act resulting all the offices in India violating this Act and this Act can not be implemented even after 100 years. There is urgent need to insert criminal clause for violation of this Act.
