PM SIR. IN THE CSR(CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY) PROGRAM A LOT OF FUNDS ARE NOT BEING UTILIZED BY PSU'S. THE REASON IS THERE IS NO SEPERATE SECTION FOR CSR.THE EMPLOYEE ON PART TIME BASIS DO THE CSR ACTIVITY ALONG WITH HIS REGULAR DUTIES. TO PRAMOTE THE EDUCATION IN THE VILLAGE, SOLAR LALTEN CAN BE DISTRIBUTED TO VILLAGE STUDENTS BY THE CSR FUNDS. IN MANY PRIMARY SCHOOLS THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY FACILITY. IT CAN BE DONE THROUGH CSR FUND. DHANANJAY KUSHWAHA MOB NO 9412768220

Namate Honorable PM, Would request for steps on improving quality and time. Many govts came and went but projects lag and when executed finally the product or infra quality is poor. Most concerns have their core at time lag in decisioning and execution. From live concerns like drought etc.. to critical concerns affecting quality of society like judicial system all have time lag in execution as core correction point. Would request your advice on steps to capturing delays by govt depts.
