PM is to be congratulated for election outcome (except Bihar & Delhi). It pertains to his effective management & progress in large projects e.g. widening of NH-24. The baggage of yes man who are non performers in critical positions however is hampering the progress in the image building much needed for forthcoming UP and 2019 elections. Not much time left.

The ministers after 2 years may be judged on their performance in the flagship programs like rural broadband penetration, filling up the top posts in ministry like members, advisors, timely filling up top posts in their PSUs like MTNL, ITI, origination of new pathbreaking ideas and improvement in services like call drop case, vigilance in handling like not pricing 900 MHz more than 1800 MHz despite knowing in spectrum auction & taking care of caders to make eligible candidates available inside.

Respected PM Sir, my earnest request to your ministry is to re visit wild life protection act 1972 & make stricter amendments against poaching of birds, animals, reptiles etc. It should be such so that no one dares to poach in future. All birds, animals have the equal right like we human, to live without fear in our country. We should also prevent degrading their habitat so that they do not become extinct.

#MannKiBaat CBSE and other state boards must follow https://openstax.org/ books. Very well written, open source, increases curiosity to read, peer-reviewed and are best.
