The Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address the webinar on effective implementation of the Union Budget provisions in the Financial sector on 26th February 2021.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Financial Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• Fiscal deficit stands at 9.5% of the GDP; estimated to be 6.8% in 2021-22
• Proposal to allow States to raise borrowings up to 4% of GSDP this year
• A Unified Securities Market Code to be created, consolidating provisions of the Sebi Act, Depositories Act, and two other laws
• Proposal to increase FDI limit from 49% to 74%
• An asset reconstruction company will be set up to take over stressed loans
• Deposit insurance increased from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh for bank depositors
• Proposal to decriminalise Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008
• Two PSU bank and one general insurance firm to be disinvested this year
• An IPO of LIC to debut this fiscal
• Strategic sale of BPCL, IDBI Bank, Air India to be completed

Dear sir after lockdown no job for all salary people so many job less including me,now last December I started some uniforms marketing business in my own city but I have lot of commitment monthly I need 25000rs for house loan and vehicle loan past one year I take gold loan and fill the all loans..please we need 12 month moratorium people very struggling for loans...main think petrol and diesel under to GST then only we survive to life...you also sir create name to under heart .... आदरणीय महोदय नमस्कार। मुफ्त में कुछ भी नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए। शरीर से स्वस्थ लोगों के लिए काम का सृजन किया जाए। तब दाम दिया जाए।तब लोग जागृत हो कर विकास करेंगे। इसके लिए व्यवहारिक बजट प्रोवाइड कराने चाहिए।

Please provide some tax relief like no tds or income tax limit of atleast 500000 for parents of Autism spectrum disorder childs, because we have to spend 1200 per day for special education.... So we can get rid from bribes and agents and IT officers... Thanks...

1. easy credit for small businesses to youths in bihar either for own small dhabha. or to construction of shops where he himself run small business on his own land near by highways... it will get boost to local employments. 2. many people have lands nearby highways but due to lack of funds they are not in position to cunstruct their own small buildings where new youths could start new small attractive buisiness. 3. highway alone has the cspacity to employ almost 60% local youths.

सिर्फ 1.5 करोड़ लोग टैक्स देते हैं। जिनमें अधिकतर नौकरी पेशा लोग हैं जिनके पास टैक्स देने के अलावा कोई रास्ता नहीं है। खाओ या नहीं, बच्चों की फीस दो या नहीं, बीमारी में इलाज कराओ या नहीं लेकिन टैक्स तो देना ही पड़ेगा। सब वर्ग सरकार की arm twisting कर अपने हिसाब से छूट ले लेते है। इंडस्ट्रियल एसोसिएशन, व्यापारी वर्ग, किसान आदि लोन भी माफ करवा लेते हैं और टैक्स भी। सिर्फ नौकरी पेशा वर्ग भिखारियों की तरह सरकार की तरफ बेबस देखता रहता है। जो दे उसका भी भला, जो न दें उसका भी भला

Most common source of black money transfer in sale-purchase of lands,houses and apartments . The actual cost of any land is three to four times of circle rate. The registry is done at circle rates in most of the times.The payment is evident .But the rest money transfer is by cash mostly ,the source of which is case removal through bank or ATM.If cash money removal through bank or ATM is restricted to Rs 10,000 per day,it will be difficult to transfer cashes in lakhs or crores in short times.
