reducing student teacher ratio To 25 :1 will have wonderful effect on student achievement. Many problems related to student achievement will automatically solved. There should be adequate arrangements of teachers. We could have a cohort of additional teachers who can be called whenever required.
In no case a teachers should to asked to take care of more than 25 /30 students.
education cess should be utilized for this purpose.

Students should be given workbook s. One workbook will replace textbook ok and notebook it will reduce weight of school bag.
teachers could be provided reference material or teacher guides. Lesson plans could be developed by specialist and all the material required could be provided to teachers. teacher should be empowered with videos, audios and other reference materials related to their lesson.

In school education I suggest three categories of teachers in place of four.
For class nursery - 2nd ECCE teachers / nursery teachers/ pre primary educator should teach.
Class 3- class 8 trained graduate teachers with specialisation and their subject should take charge.
Class 9th to 12th, post graduate teachers, with or without B.Ed degree. At PGT level there should be fresh appointment, not from promotion. Wrong promotion policies have harmed quality of education.

Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include teaching, training, storytelling, discussion and directed research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, however learners can also educate themselves. Education can take place in formal or informal settings and any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educ

I have few suggestions:
1.The study material must be carrier oriented from class 8.
2.Students and parents must be included in policy decision.
3.The NCERT book must be reviewed and made interesting.
4.Concept of school inspector must be strengthened.
5.Salaries of teachers must be as per performance.
6.There must be single board of education.
Thanks.

provide required teaching staff in all schools. don't let the teaching posts vaccant for more than 15 days .
don't abolish the boards of 10th and 11th classes as is being done in the new education policy.
reduce the number of subjects per class, reduce the syllabus but screening at the end must be fair and without prejudice.
increase lab facilities, provide classrooms, provide teachers

first of all buildings ie classrooms should be constructed.
then comes the allotment of the subjects, labs and etc.
there are science labs, two to three vocational labs, one library, atleast two to three office rooms, store stock room.
all this leaves school without sufficient classrooms.
the classrooms and labs should be constructed properly.
there should not be the flat or hotel type construction .
it should be simple and plain but a good one.
step by step marching ahead.
