Sir, Namskar Yoga for humanity is to understand and practice a cardinal yogic principle of recognition of respect for and upholding of uniqness and dignity of every individual shorn of all his /her external identity. Very essence of teaching of a long tradition of saints in Maharashtra. And yet we have a long way to go as seen in hypocratic, egoistic outbursts of a gentle man who in denounces and despises rebell ministers of his own party as ' rikshawala' ' watchman ' ' vegetable seller'

11. Once Germany or somewhere in Europe they have to do some exercise or something for punishment or getting train ticket (like walking or jumping) etc . I have seen some 4 or 5 years back. We can think innovative way of train tickets free or punishments and can tell them to do public yoga poses.. just an idea. Need to think and take it.

10. We can create awareness via media's like, news paper, campaigns, magazines, tv shows or TV programs, internet , social medias etc. This will help people to get motivated. Interview of benefitted people, disease cured people can relay tv, internet etc. So more visibility in Yoga will happen and publicity will happen. It will help overall.

6. One best part of yoga is it is not external intervention. Everything self based. It is more secure, 100% benefits are there. 7. One thing is Yoga had to accept by medicine doctors also. I see some alopathy doctors will not accept yoga . They only suggest medicines. But this trend has to change. I feel when they study professionally one subject, they trying to apply those. But we need to bring combine studies also. Yoga and Alopathy, via food what and benefits etc are need to find out, innovate and can bring ideas.

Some suggestions 1. Yoga has many benefits. Our country is origin for yoga. This gives very happiness to us. It helps to create sanadhana dharma or peaceful ness, calm ness, happiness, bliss etc. 2. It reduces disease increase immunity. Along with Yoga, best food practices ( like ayurvedic style) helps for better immunity and long living 3. Many people not aware about this. We have to create awareness within country and outside the country. 4. In offices, schools and colleges we can make yoga classes mandatory for 20 mins which improve health and productivity. 5. I came across Ayush ministry Y Break yoga app. This is good one and handy. We can further develop some more apps and can distribute to all. This will reach people and people can get benefitted.
