मैंने अनुभव किया है कि अधिकांश विद्यार्थी बहुत होनहार होते हुए भी परीक्षा फोबिया से ग्रसित होते हैं, किसी पर बहुत अच्छा करने तो किसी पर अपने साथी सहपाठी से अच्छा प्रदर्शन न कर पाने का एक काल्पनिक भय व्याप्त रहता है| यदि परीक्षार्थी दूसरे की तुलना में बेहतर करने, दूसरे की अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करने के लिए परीक्षा देता है हो तो मानसिक दबाव और तनाव स्वाभाविक है, अच्छा हो कि परीक्षार्थी केवल अपने लिए अपनी खुशी के लिए परीक्षा दे| माता पिता और शिक्षक द्वारा तनाव को कम करने हेतु सही मार्गदर्शन करना चाहिए|

Not forgetting parents play very important role to help their child to overcome stress or fear they should talk to their child often and motivate them by telling them it's ok even if they don't succeed but what matters here is the amount of effort they have put in it to reach their goal. this can help a child who is going to face an exam as motivation to do better and helps to stress less and concentrate more on the work to be done it can help to boost up self confidence and give them the energy

Do not sweat it out. Put in your best efforts from the first day. This will ensure your consistency and will help you write your paper at ease. Take breaks once in a while. Try channelizing your energy into different activities. Do not get tensed

To overcome exam stress: Parents, teachers and students need to work in synergy. Overestimation and underestimation of a student should be avoided. Everyday ,minimum 30 minutes of physical activity is a must, even on the exam day. Have only home made food and plenty of water and good night sleep.

A five minute meditation session should be conducted before the board examinations to reduce stress and anxiety among the children. Only with a relaxed mind, can the children write their paper well.

First of all,study well during your usual classes,secondly learn/practice with ful devotion and dedication,have revision tests time to time,try to keep your attention inwards all the time especially during exams,try to meditate in order to increase ur willpower so that u can face the difficulties even with more enthusiasm,try to revise and making ur concepts clear,while appearing in exam try to understand the questions deeply and give the answers most appropriately and leave the rest on Almighty

हिम्मत है तब तक तुम हारे नहीं । अगर परीक्षा में इच्छित सफलता प्राप्त न हो तब भी जीवन विशाल और वैविध्यपूर्ण है । केवल परीक्षा के अंक आपकी गुणवत्ता तय नहीं करते । आपकी काबिलियत कागज के टुकड़े में ही मत ढूंढो । हजारो उदाहरण है कि बिना डिग्री वाले लोग अनेक गुना सफल हुए हो । महापुरुषों के जीवन कवन पढ़ो सफलता न मिली हो तब भी महत्त्व उनके संघर्ष का होता है । महेनत का फल अवश्य मिलेगा खुद पर , ईश्वर पर भरोसा रखें । परिणाम के बारे में सोचने से अच्छा यह होगा की अपनी पूरी शक्ति प्रयत्न में लगाये ।
