The exam stress can not be eliminated totally but can reduce the exam stress by following few steps:-
1. Well prepare your topics.
2. Always try to write your home work.
3. Always solve your problems with teachers.
4. Try to set small targets and achieve them.
5. Be proud after completing the assignment.
6.Revise the syllabus before the exams.
7. Don't afraid of exams.
8. Take proper food and sleep.
9. meditate yourself.
10. Always follow time table.
