जो बच्चे पाठ्य सहगामी क्रियाओं में सक्रिय भाग लेते है , उन्हें परीक्षा के समय तनाव कम होता हैं । अतः पाठ्य सहगामी क्रियाओं को सभी स्कूलों में सभी बच्चों के लिएअनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए ।

श्रद्धेय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हमलोग जब बाल्यावस्था में परीक्षा देने के लिए जाते थे तो अपने माता-पिता एवं शिक्षक के संग संग अपने से बड़ों का आशीर्वाद लेते थे जो निरंतर हमारे अंतर्मन को प्रोत्साहित करता रहता था | उस समय में ऐसी कोई मिडिया/साधन नहीं उपलब्ध था जिससे कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री से हम छात्रों का संवाद होता और प्रोत्साहन का दो शब्द मिलता | वर्तमान परिस्थिति में जब देश के प्रधानमंत्री स्वयं ही छात्रों से संवाद कर उनको अपना आशीर्वाद दे रहे हैं तो उनको स्वत: ही तनावमुक्त होकर परीक्षा देना चाहिए |

Hello I'm Mukesh Kumar Respected PM Modi ji I am in 9th Class I have some tips to study better way 1. We have to take short breaks whenever we study. 2. Summarize what we read . 3. We have to study in variety of ways If we study with one way every time then , we feel boring. 4. We have to study multiple subjects in each day. 5. We have to study periodically instead of cramming.

Good evening sir, I'm an exam warrior of class 12. Being a warrior it is normal to face stress and without stress, we can't win the battle. Whenever I study my main objective is always that I am gaining something which will improve my skills, I don't have that mindset of gaining marks and satisfying my parents and teachers. So I don't feel stress in my studies. Even though if someone is stressful then he should engage themselves in different activities like gaming, sports, poetry etc. Thank you

परीक्षा के समय बच्चों को तनाव मुक्त होना चाहिए। शिक्षकों एवं माता - पिता को बार-बार यह कहकर कि आपको अच्छे नम्बर लाना है, यह खौफ नही दिलाना चाहिए। इससे बच्चे मानसिक रूप से परेशान हो जाते हैं, और परीक्षा का भय उनके मन मे बैठ जाता है जिससे परीक्षा को बोझ स्वरूप लेते है। अतः शिक्षकों एवं माता-पिता को समय-समय पर उनका मनोबल बढ़ाते रहना ना कि उनके ऊपर पढने का दवाब डालना चाहिए।

With out getting panic it's time to go for planned revision. Try to cover chapters where maximum marks can be obtained. Set time limits for your answers. In spite of mugging try to clear concepts. If possible go for group discussions with friends. This will help a lot. Personally experienced got second position in university.

Always listen carefully our teachers and and the points of teachers will made for us that is time table and our daily test were helping for reduce stress and and test well prepare for exams and following the counselling steps take proper food and sleep and meditate yourself always follow your time table and make a slogan what would what would be my slogan can I can do it is the best best way to reduce stress
