In the #MannKiBaat episode dated 29th July 2018, PM Narendra Modi recalled the contribution of Lokmanya Tilak in bringing together communities for "Sarvajanik" Ganesh Festival, which has now become one of the most popular festivities across the country. He also urged citizens to celebrate the festival with clay/eco-friendly idols as well as environment-friendly practices. Further, he invited citizens to share pictures and experiences of the eco-friendly celebrations on MyGov.

Ganapati, Gananata we find tainted ministry, dynasty rules cropping up like mushrooms. We also want eco friendly leader to over democracy. Leader not in bail or payroll. It's unfortunate that we are blaming lord Ganesh. In which he has no role. It's just vote bank politics. The numbers of idols have increased. Like population, it is contaminated the environment. For example black color of the roads are involved in global warming. This have to be optimised and operationalized. God doesn't pollute

It's more important to celebrates Ganesh Festival with Eco Friendly Ganesh Murti.. It's saves environment. We are feel very happy to the process of "Visharjana into Pure water".. And memorable festival live in ever till next year....
