Sivil Servant is the only way to change the peopl's or society's opinion about the government that he works only for us. since a decade IAS officer faces many distortions or barriors like politician and currupt people.he is stil frame of our india, that's why bureaucrats should make them more authority than politician. Bureaucrats must make empowerment , today they feel unsecure while doing duty. here i want give some examples of officers like D.K.Ravi, Durga Shakti Nagpal, Ashok Khemaka etc.

As the current government is giving a lot of weight age to development, one of the topic of discussion should have been like transport, power, minerals etc. The topic of discussion is quite IAS centric. There are civil servants in Railways, Road Transport and in the Power Sectrpr.

Nation gets leaders like Modi once in centuries. If we are not able to improve bureaucracies under his regime, the nation will not see light for few more centuries.

Shocking to see so less posts on this front. Bureaucracy along with corruption is the sole reason for the horrible situation of this country. We have the Asia's worst bureaucracy. Bring in accountability, punishment for corruption, lateral entry for top posts, bring in administrators from various government departments/ technocrats/ academicians/ industry/ specialists. Current system of recruitment gives us the worst bureaucrats, who are uni dimensional, non competitive and corrupt.

holder in case of Parshad, and above elections. There must be some system that candidates must not expend too much of money and also not of karyakata are involved in the election, how? We must debate on it. Either via media or door to door canvassing only. Rajya shabha members must be post graduate and they must not be from politics i.e., they did not contest any of the election in past, from panchayat to sansad, that too for president and vice president.

Mr.T N Sheshan must get Bharat Ratan The corruption is start from election, the candidate wants to win,he collected lots of money from people as chanda, and after wining he oblige the person in lots of ways, before election he is having his gang of gunda/badmas, those are involved in bhandaras, rallies and other anti social activities. The persons know as karyakartas are only antisocial peoples. To fight in election person should be 12th pass in case of gram panchayat, and degree

here i want to make some suggestion about civil servant has been facing it everyday in our country. we live in democracy so civil servant doing their duty for people, but many offercer confrontations with political leader. latest tragedy in karnatka bangulouru D.K.Ravi's death, is the example of it.government should make some rule or security for burearucrats as while make them more powerfull than politician.
