It is mandatory to make a strong Act non private schools.According to RTE Act 2009,it is mandatory in a pvt.school to be provide 25% BPL Students free nd compulsory but the act is totally failure here. The owners of pvt.schools only implements by orally nd only maintain the Regd.book not practically in the ground level.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya,VKV,some famous central schools take merit test for admission.they collect brilliant students, make best result,so suffer state schools. It is violation of RTE act 2009.Instead of selection test they should collect the students those are Very poor and dull in reading nd writing from rural area then it will be great challenge for the great teachers. It is necessary to make an act on it.
