I am pleased to write to you about nation building activity. our country is blessed with abundant sugar cane crop resources. The crop has challenges in cane industry, the reasons being labour, machinery, marketing, cane farmers loans with banks and industry as such in a nut shell are salient features. The cane farmers news, heated debates are always there in the parliment agenda. the sugar cane juice can be used as nourshing and refershing drink in place of all other available soft drinks

Finance is the main factor for SME & MSME sector which can create many jobs. I have separately sent to the Prime Minister a novel scheme called Financial Breeder Machine Scheme which when properly studied and implemented will bring a sea change in the Indian economy, enabling the Ganges Kanyakumari link scheme, starting of many industries including SME & MSME sectors. Please arrange for appointment of an experts' Committee to study this FBM Scheme already in the PMO's office sent by me earlier.

After my previous comment, I have some more words to say that, those who are already a central government employees they can give any state state government examination to change his suitable place to serve the government, and similarly those are state government employees they can only give any central government examination for their growth. Thank You..

Respected Sir, I am a student and seeking a job in government sector. Before some days, an idea knocked in my mind to improve unemployment issue as fast as possible. The thing is, If all the candidate who already joined a job as a central government employees are to be blocked to sit in any further examination of central government, then it will be a lot of chances to get job for an unemployed candidate. They can give departmental examination for improvement, but not any open market recruitment.

Govt should revise the reservation policy in jobs. Because of roaster process, UR category students not even getting 30% of their own seats.and reserved category students getting their own reserved seats and 70% of unreserved seats as they are good enough to chase general cutoff marks. Everyone needs job, UR students should not be punished for their birth category and hard work.
