Help for startup entrepreneurs is badly missing in the country, especially seed ventures to the tune of $100K-300k. The scheme done for weavers, like those in Varanasi is best to be replicated across the country, across various industry segments. Talking about global standard business ventures that will have potential to fetch 20-100 times the ROI. Need confluence of Management Institutes, Technology and Research Institutes.

In India the Talented and Hard Working People work in the private sector while those who have no Interest in working hard and selflessly choose to write exams and work in government sector , hence the result is Corrupt Government Officials which results the poor governance . The youth should be selected and encouraged to work in goverment sector; secondly masters should not be a criteria for hiring people ; Secondly the government officials should have fear of loosing there jobs.

CARRIER CENTRES My Idea of career centre is that it shall give answer to all your questions, doubts and give you clear idea to build your career except financial add and opportunity to all open category competent youths as well as youths with inertia to do hard work to achieve his goal as no elected government including that of present government dares to help open category youth otherwise it will loose minority support and votes. Which is clearly mentioned by Hon. Mrs. Smirti Irani ministe

Something needs to be done for the women's who used to work before baby...but as today mostly it's the nuclear family system, they had to quit job and look after the baby....they are very talented and looking after baby makes them strong only...for example they learn how to manage the time properly, they learn multi tasking, they have to monitor the baby closely and hence they develop more supervisory capabilities.....I think something needs to be done about them....thanks and rgds

First requirement for development is manpower. We are blessed with huge manpower. More people are required in Research, Police, Judges, etc....but the post are lying vacant as govt.have less money for salaries and this effects development. Answer to the problem: Whatever manpower is required for speedy development should be put on job and money that the govt. can spend on salaries should be distributed. This may lower the salaries given but development speeds up. Sieze DA for some time.
