hi speed connectivity with hyderabad/secbad and airport would enable this city to grow leaps and bounds, both in infrastructure and as a historical city it has been left behind by ages. there are lots of institutions in between hyd and warangal and more can be developed due to availability of land and connectivity with hyderabad.

Warangal is home to first NIT (earlier REC)of country and a Technical Institute of Excellence. The views of Civil Engg Professors as well as other Professors may be taken before sending proposal of Smart City proposal to GOI. Warangal also needs an airport, as students from all over India and abroad study engineering here. I am one its PROUD alumni of 1985-89 batch serving GOI.

People whose office starts late can visit in morning hours and people whose working completes in the afternoon (like schools and colleges staff) can visit in the afternoon.
4. The public dealing staff will be able to pay more attention and give sufficient time to each visitor.
So kindly consider extending public dealing timings, make procedures such that a work is completed in a single visit in less time and guide the staff to interact with the visitors appropriately.

3. People have to take several leaves (difficult) from their workplace to get the work done.
4. The public dealing staff does not answer queries satisfactorily in a hurry because of overcrowding.
With extended timings (8 hours): 1. There will be less number of people at any given time resulting in shorter queues and less waiting.
2. People can complete the required formalities in a single visit.
3. People will be able to visit at a time convenient tothem without having to take a leave. P

Dear Sir, I appreciate the great job your government is doing in making procedures simpler and user friendly specially by providing many services online.
Kindly consider extending public dealing timings in all government offices from limited 3-4 hours to 8 hours for the convenience of public. In present limited timings:
1. There is overcrowding, long queues and long waiting.
2. Generally people have to visit multiple times for a single work as the work is not completed in a single visit.
