Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Of India.
My Humble Thoughts with You.

CHARLES DARWIN TRIANGLE:
1).Theorem A:Voluntary Work Force Taking Work on their own and Opportunistic.
2).Theorem B:Pushing Work Force Too Hard to accept the Motivation and rewards and Accolades to Perform and Performances.
INDIA is rich in i) INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ii)INTELLIGENCE CAPITAL
iii)HUMAN CAPITAL
iv)SKILL CAPITAL ,
BUT UNFORTUNATELY EXACTLY LACK
v) RAPPORT CAPITAL
WHICH WHEN ATTENUATED RESULT REINVENTED INDIA.
To b contd.

Citing the data from the World Bank, CMIE said that the World Bank had pegged the global employment rate at 55% in the pandemic hit 2020 or 58% in 2019 while that of India stood at a low of 43%. However, CMIE pegged India’s employment rate at 38%.“India’s unemployment problem is not reflected in its unemployment rate. Its problem is the low employment rate and its discouraged young female labour force,” CMIE said. According to CMIE, India’s path to prosperity is in finding employment for nearly 60% of the population. “To reach global employment rate standards India needs to employ an additional 187.5 million people,” it said, adding that given the current employment of the order of 406 million that is a tall order. while not having the employment, their focus is finding the employment to feed themselves and their family. So I request the government to look into these and do help them to improve their livelihood and also to enhance our Indian Economy.

India has 53 million unemployed people as of December 2021 and a huge proportion of them are women, the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy said. Of these, 35 million are the unemployed who are actively seeking work while 17 million are those who, though willing to work, are not actively seeking it, CMIE said. According to CMIE, of the 35 million unemployed who were actively looking for work in December 2021, 23% or 8 million were women. At the same time, of the 17 million who were passively unemployed, 53% or 9 million women were willing to work although they were not actively looking for work. According to CMIE, India’s path to prosperity is in finding employment for nearly 60% of the population.
we will get back to you is the thing that they are hearing for a long time. in these statistics, is all the people are unskilled or not having enough qualification. Definitely not. Instead of focusing on upskilling them in the time of unemployment, help them to find employment.

Skill Development - It's an applaudable initiative. Every possess some kind of unique or for use some kind of common skills. What is important here is to unemployment. Every Indian citizen wants a solution a solution. Around 62.5% of India's working age population is aged between 15 and 59 years. The youth (18-29 years) constitute 22 per cent of India’s population, which is more than 261 million people [Source: The Indian Express]. In 2019, the estimated youth unemployment rate in India was at 23.01 percent. The Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) recently released the unemployment status report of India for December 2021. According to the report, the unemployment rate in the country was 7.91% in December. It was 7% in November. The CMIE also reported that the unemployment rate for the urban areas increased from 8.21% to 9.3%, and from 6.44% to 7.28% for the rural areas. So, helping the youths to find jobs or motivating them to do start ups is a must needed one.
