smart city does not mean overlooking the grass root level,it is a game changer scheme for sustainable development which would sustain longer.The surrounding entities are definitely going to be served as well!!!

Instead of doing smart city, First follow the Rules & Regulations.
In Indian Government has provided Rules and Regulations for every citizens and for everythings, but that all rules are not following in all daily life...
for example : in traffic rules, overloading of bus....etc

first time aisa ho rha hai ki kisi ne smart city ya desh ko development ke raste par chlane ka paryas kiya hai bhut aacha lga par mera thought hai ki agar congras ki trha koi kisi thrh gotala hua to bhut bura hoga dar sirf aur sirf is baat ka dar hai JAI HIND JAI BHARAT

There should be proper stands for auto rickshaw with ample space and service lane. No auto rickshaw to be allowed over loading and be fined immediately online.

Every Crossing should be equipped with CC TV camera for capturing red light jumping and imposing fine and also to reduce crime.

In smart cities, every public sector undertaking and government offices should give compulsory free transport facility to all its employees in order to reduce traffic and pollution.Same thing can be applied to all organized private sectors.

Not even Smart City but also every city municipal corporations should be given guidelines for construction of road as follows:
1. Every road planned should by four-lane with divider.
2. Every road should have under ground sewer line of atleast 10x10 ft.
3. Every planned road should be provided with side trenches/conduits for future electrical cables, optical fibres, telecom lines etc.
4. Every road should be planned with service lanes and with out crossings. Infact u-turns be provided.
