The enclosed e-governance service maturity model is good and there are many such models across the world, but we have to look it in Indian and human context. This model's success or failure totally depends upon human intervention for the questionnaires, and I can say this with no doubt in my mind that with the questionnaire and procedure that is in this model it is bound to fail.
1. Very lengthy and cumbersome
2. Possibility of manipulation and providing answers frivolously
3. others

ekranti is great idea the PM has come up with. The Government should digitise all the dat it has which is huge. The Universities and IITs can be given projects to upload data and digitise them by funding. The basic need of planning requires cadastral data at block village level of everything, anything. these days GIS is available to all Indians, this subject be introduced at High School level so that children can help digitisation. the cadastral data of allt he toposheets is required

District Level courts need Digitization to clear the huge backlog of cases. There are a large number of cases, some as old as 25 years, that need attention. One problem is courts need to be very strict about proceedings. It needs to make mandatory that every hearing must not be wasted. Concerned Parties and advocates should be given automatic SMS about hearing date/time, the case proceedings should be logged on computer instead of paper, video recording of statements should be made mandatory.

If there is a permanent health card which contains patients medical history, profile, insurance(yes/no/expired/govt.provided) this would help the citizens at ease and provide the health details of beneficiary which the govt. keeps struggling to get.
IMPACT: (1) Tracking of mother and child for services and benifits
(2) ease of govt. benefits like health insurance given to people
(3) planning of future policy wrt to health
(4) ease of maintaining health history by people-like PAN card

Respected Prime Minister,
Sub: Need for Extending Digital Technology to Insurance
I take this opportunity to bring to your notice, the need for extending the benefits of digital technology to Insurance in general and Disaster Insurance in particular. This will require an elaborate system study and legislation, along with increasing the awareness of masses. I am sanguine that if you find my thoughts worthwhile, the needful will be done in due course of time. Kindly peruse the attached pdf

We hear all the time that grains are rotting and there are not adequate storage for the same. Can there be a centrilized website of storage places/godowns for each state which is visible at India level. This way states would know which godown is used how much and if there is more capacity to store goods at the nearer places because most of the time there are few which are over utilized and few not even used. This would help to save grains from rotting and co-ordinate states for better usage.

If "Pay by Aadhar, I should be able to cast my Vote by Aadhar and fingerprint too" My Aadhar can be linked to a poll both, and no matter where I cast my vote from, I should be able to register my vote for the candidate of my choice.
Outcomes: Increase in the vote count, faster results, reduced cost of the election, EC can use existing Social and Authorised Private infrastructures on cost sharing basis to conduct elections, Aadhar can remove duplicates and bogus cases too.
