GET ECONOMICS INVOLVED. The Ganga Authority(Which will regulate water traffic, depth of river, qty of water, pollution level etc) will allot ' Sand' for mining/ dredging from river bed. This will result in Desilting and allow movment of ships/ barages

Sir, one of the cause of pollution in the Ganga is partially burnt dead bodies. If solar incinerator is provided at banks it may help in reducing pollution. 200 meter by 300 meter solar panel shed will be required. Ash to be used for making cement brick and may be used for Ganga river front. Many people may wish to become part of Ganga river front after death. Hindu charitable group and mandir may be encouraged to bear initial cost.

Sir, we should first ban on all the rituals which are practiced by the people on River Ganga. The 2nd step we could do is that we should divide the waste in 2 categories i.e. Biodegradable & Non-biodegradable waste. We can use biodegradable waste in generationg cooking gas instead of dumping it in Ganga or any other River & non-biodegradable waste can be recycled. By this we get dual benefit generating cooking gas & River Ganga remaining clean. The only thing is to set municipal corporation.

Respected PM, River Ganga is to be cleaned first and then we can think for Tourism. Public should not be permitted to through waste material into the river. Only Puja material may be droped into the holy river. Half burnt dead bodies and dead bodies should not be thrown into the river.

Sir ,I think to clean ganga only citizens contribution will not help us until the govt.officials are serious about this matter.Officials are not ready to do their duty by preventing the public to do so.even they are bribed by industries to allow them to discharge polluted water in ganga and u need to know the truth that even your MPs are not working seriously .so i think you should make a secret visit to see what govt.officials are doing.
