Halfly cooked vegetables contains more nutrition than fully cooked. Egg, milk and leafy curries have high nutritional value.

For a healthy mother n baby she should follow a healthy lifestyle including nutrtious and wholesome food, rest, exercise etc. A mother should eat Milk, milk products like curd, butter milk, paneer. Dals, sprouts and legumes mung, math, chana, chhole, rajma Whole grains like wheat, jowar, Bajra, ragi,rice etc Green leafy vegetables, seasonal n citrus fruits like lemon, orange, guava, amla Nuts n oilseeds like ground nuts, sesame Early initiation n exclusive breastfeeding till 6 mnths
