To make smart cities we have to take all department concern with the city infra under one room till now what happened telecommunication department dig the road just newly constructed by city corporations/muncipalities . If such road again carpeted than PHED department dig so in the same year a road constructed some times twice huge waste of money. All concerned department ( Infra related ) must be under one roof . Smart City's Solid Waste Management system should encourage the citizens to install 'Bio-waste Disposer'(manufacture under Make in India) in their kitchen sinks to dispose the kitchen / bio-degradable waste in the sewer network. This will help to increase BOD level in sewage to enhance STP efficiency. Also the streets and neighbourhoods would be free from stinking solid waste / garbage. Management of Solid Waste (Should target 'Zero-Waste' concept) would also become very easy and efficient.
