1. Voting right must be made exercisable from any part of India. And allow NRIs to vote online or at least from Indian Consulate office abroad. I know both of these require high no-breach security measures. But nothing is impossible for Indians :) 2. Compulsory voting for all voting eligible age except mentally unsound cases (like Australia, Brazil, etc)

I hail from Bangalore, living in Australia, since 2001. I have read lots about the protest against garbage dumping near Mandur. The fight btwn BBMP & villagers has been a long saga. Just like how the creator/architect of BENGALURU - Kempegowda, why can't BBMP start 4 x Waste To Energy plants on the boundaries, in all the 4 directions. If the concerned is really interested in converting TRASH to energy, I can lead/manage the projects for them. Anybody interested, contact on www.greentechea.com.au

Indian govt must support & encourage community driven/run renewable energy(RE) projects. Have a look at such movements that's happening around the world. See this Australian exmpl : http://hepburnwind.com.au/. I can lead such projects, if required. I hv the knowledge, exposure & contacts. If and when necessary, I can talk to the directors of these organizations & take their guidance and mentoring. Anybody interested to start an RE revolution with me in India?
